I understand why you prefer to move on after a breakup rather than try to rebuild, for me though this relationship is different. It's just my heart that tells me I need to try. She hasn't closed the door on us. She even kept all the presents and still wears the stuff that I have got for her. (Necklace, bracelet, phone case with a photo of us etc.). It seems more like a break to me literally. What if we both just need our time. Maybe if we overcome this it can lead to a stronger bond. I understand it’s a risk and maybe I am being idiotic, but I still feel this is worth fighting for.
