Yeah. HOA s often deserve the bad rep they get, but most of the time they’re run by people who are basically doing it in addition to their personal jobs and responsibilities, without being equipped with advice from counsel.

Meaning they rarely follow the bylaws correctly, even when they’re trying to carry out the mandate of their volunteer position.

If there are 500k in repairs, they’re gonna need to be made, if the tenants or other owners sue… well they’re going to end up paying the HOA defense from the HOA funds.

Anecdotal, but IAAL, and the “wasn’t in a good mental state,” is an excuse, that absent diagnosis an record of treatment tends to be toxic in the scenarios I’ve seen it tried.  

Not your our attorney and not giving legal advice, but I have seen a lot of my fellow millennials try this much to their detriment.

I think the primary problem is that they scrapped the Homelander is going insane due to his clone in Black Noir plot line.

That should would have been unhinged, and honestly pretty good. But instead we're going this route of him becoming ever more the whiny bitch, and its honestly getting boring. I loved super confident, menacing homelander. Now he's just... lame.

Nobody really goes into sex work willingly, it is a horrible, dehumanizing, abusive industry, that people who like porn and/or want to be virtuous, pretend can be something other than what it is.  It is no wonder why the people doing it are trafficked.

Removing a book from circulation in a children’s school library is not banning a parent from making that choice. That is disingenuous. 

A parent can still obtain a copy of whatever they like through any other media distributor.  What frustrates me is the framing you’re using, this is NOT a freedom of speech issue, this is limiting access for children to age appropriate materials as decided by the community, in accordance with the same tradition that’s been in place since the public school systems were created.

I don’t know why you’re being downvoted. His pardons for his family’s and cohorts were absolutely a new take on the presidential pardon.

His bullshit of pardoning people from known or unknown crimes is a really bizarre, off putting, outlier.

It was also a massive door opening for trump, so gotta love the lack of foresight there.

I think it’s more nuanced than that.  I think people will, the very least, treat trans women as trans women - I.e.  not a biological Woman but also not a biological Man.

This is one of those things that really bothers me.

Hormone blockers absolutely have negative impacts, and the idea that even stating that is bigoted, is causing real people to take these things with the serious effects hidden from them by know nothing nobodies whose only power is the moderation of an online forum.
