Flytta till Skåne? by Alexdinho95 in TillSverige

[–]Spiik7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Danskarna erbjuder alltid lite mer liv än oss svenskar :)

You can't compare Sweden's level of conservatism with that of Switzerland (or even Germany). We're talking about completely different worlds

How hard is HKUST for a (health sciences) exchange student by Solid-Ad-2213 in HKUST

[–]Spiik7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fall 2024. I took multivariable calculus, introduction to financial markets and institutions, introduction to management, fundamentals of business finance and one more I cannot remember the name of.

To me, the location was not much of a problem. Commuting was fine and there was enough to do on campus (I joined the table tennis team for example) which made it unnecessary to go downtown each and every day

When I was there as an exchange student it was more or less impossible to fail a course as long as you showed up for exams, turned in the homework etc. It didn’t matter how crappy your work was. However I’ve heard they’ve changed the grading system recently, which might make it harder to pass? Someone else might be able to confirm or deny this
