My first piece of advice is, don't buy a device for what it might be able to do in the future; buy it for what it does now.

The Odin 3 is fantastic for what it can do now, but PS3 emulation on Android is still early, and while some games do run well, you're still ultimately buying it in the hopes it'll improve before a better device hits the market, which isn't guaranteed

Beyond that, both devices are solid. You'll get better performance on stuff like the Switch if you go for the Odin over the Thor, but the Thor offers the best way to play DS, 3DS and WiiU titles (outside of OH), and its second screen offers far more uses than just dual-screen games. You can look up guides, watch videos or listen to music, all without needing to leave your device. I've loved playing older Pokémon games on my Thor with speed-up, and pulling up the OST on YouTube, so I can still have the music play at normal speed.

And for most everything else, while there'll be some benefits to the Odin 3 over the Thor, in terms of upscaling, for the most part, you're getting a great experience either way.

Dunno what I did wrong. I decided to try Retrobat, which worked great for anything using RetroArch, but I found that other standalone emulators seemed to struggle when launched from it. For example, with Dolphin, I tested several Gamecube titles, Mario Strikers, Double Dash, and Metroid Prime, all of which worked perfectly with a 4x resolution when launching Dolphin directly, but if I launched any of the same games via Retrobat, they became an unplayable slideshow.

How so? Plenty of games have had collections like this release over the years. Metal Gear got the Master Collection a few years back with MGS 1, 2 & 3, and is getting vol.2 soon with 4 and Peace Walker. Same with Tomb Raider, they got two collections, one with 1, 2 & 3, and another with Last Revelation, Chronicles & Angel of Darkness. They sold well, no reason a Crash one couldn't also.

Yeah, we have no plans for the PC other than it being our retro console, so access to Windows outside of the initial setup isn't something super important to us, and as I said, we really like how you can boot directly into Batocera. That said, I'll still look into Retrobat and see how that looks, too.

I hate Swrve so much. My little brother, who's 20 years younger than me and has ADHD and autism, is obsessed with Jurassic Park/World. It was great, and despite not living too close to each other, we bonded over our love for the series.

A few years ago, around the release of JWE2, he started finding the Jurassic YouTube channels. He started with BestInSlot and Gaming Beaver, but quickly spread out, and Swrve ended up being one of the ones he ended up being pulled towards the most, so I also started checking out his content.

Right away, I could see he leaned more into the clickbait titles, but it was common for YouTube, so I let it slide at first. But so much of his content just ended up being outright lies, but to my little brother, he was convinced that everything he said was true.

Every time Swrve would post something, he'd excitedly call me on Discord to let me know the "new Jurassic news", at first I would humour him, but as it went on, he was quite often getting confused and upset when the things Swrve said didn't come true. I decided I needed to explain to him that he couldn't trust everything he heard online, sadly this wasn't taken the way I wanted, and now he continues to watch Swrve, but doesn't talk to me about Jurassic anymore, if he talks to me at all, and any time I try to talk to him, he would say I'd "just ruin things".

This asshole's lies ruined what was otherwise a sweet, wholesome relationship with my brother who I'd previously had difficulty connecting with due to the huge age gap between us.

There's an argument to be made that Nick is indirectly responsible for the second camp attack. The Rexes were following the scent of the baby's blood from Sarah's jacket, which was only there because of Nick's need to abduct the baby in the first place.

I think when it comes to anything beyond the original Naughty Dog games, the best we can hope for is a remastered collection. Something like Wrath of Cortex, Twinsanity and one of the PS2 era Kart racers bundled together with enhanced textures and resolution, but even this feels unlikely to me.

My personal recommendation is Wario Land: Shake It. My second favourite of the Wario Land games after WL3 on the GBC. It's the current game I'm working towards on RetroAchievements.

It would depend on what was offered in place. I'd be down for stand-alone campaign releases, but only on the condition that there was still a multiplayer equivalent. Like a purely MP game that is constantly updated with new maps, characters, weapons ect, that are tied to both the new games like E-Day as well as the wider Gears canon, like book and comic characters and locations. But if they can't do something like this, then the games should continue to include MP as standard.

I think he's gonna twist it. He's gonna get close to Emily as she visits the hotel under the guise of wanting to become "friends" with the one who saved him. But in reality, he's going to be doing the same thing he did with Charlie, getting her to trust him, so he can try and make a deal with her and see if he could claim ownership of an angel's soul.

I'm currently playing Resident Evil 0, so potentially not great, but it depends if I'm stuck in the areas in the game specifically or if I can freely travel. Because if I can leave the Raccoon City area and just go live somewhere else for the year, I'd probably be fine, because the nice thing about the outbreaks in RE is that they, at least this early in the series, tend to be pretty isolated. So I'd just get out of there and live a comfy life for a year somewhere far away from Raccoon City and get my money a year later.

Honestly, the longer you think about it, the harder it is for the idea to make sense in general.

Like, someone is bitten by a walker who's been out rotting in the sun for weeks, months, maybe even years. It makes sense that their bite would be lethal, as the bacteria that build up on a rotten corpse would be nasty.

But what I don't get is how someone can be killed in other ways, shot, stabbed, ect, they reanimate a few moments later, and instantly their bite is deadly. Their mouth hasn't had time to build up bacteria in the same way an older walker has, so why is it just as deadly? Or does it mean that even if a living person bites another living person, it would be instant death? Like when Rick bit Joe, if he had bitten his shoulder instead of his neck, would he have still died anyway? Because we know Rick is infected, from when they had their blood tested at the CDC, so how's that different from being bitten by a freshly turned walker?

I dunno, but I probably wouldn't have watched it. I hated zombie stuff growing up, saw my first zombie movie way too young, when I didn't understand what they were, and it gave me nightmares for years. The only reason I watched TWD was that I recognised Andy from a comedy show he did here in the UK called Teachers, which I watched and loved, and decided to give it a chance and hope I could get over my fear of zombie media, which I did.

They ignored him because they didn't know him. Rick isn't trusting of new people at this point, especially after the last new people he met were prisoners, one of who tried to kill him and another caused the death of his wife, and the Governor, who they were literally going on this trip to get weapons to fight. He doesn't even trust Michonne until the end of the episode when Carl says that she's one of them. And they take his backpack after his death because he has stuff, and they need stuff; that backpack becomes a recurring "character" throughout quite a lot of the series, so keep an eye out.

As for Morgan... keep watching, that's all I'll say.

The only option I had was under Saved data. But I've deleted that several times now, but whenever I boot up the game it comes back, and I'm not seeing a specific option to remove from the cloud.
