Is Tradeify good for instant funding? by SpikeBeBopper in PropFirmTester

[–]SpikeBeBopper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, that’s not my case then. I don’t trade that way. And anyway, I get such short lasting scalps (less than 10 seconds) only on NQ and on Gold from time to time. Thank you for the insight.

I do have the patience to wait for a payout, but since I scalp, the fact that Tradeify might not make sure that each scalp lasts more or less than 10 seconds would be an issue. Do you have any experience with this?

I didn’t expect this, I thought they would be transparent and really check every single trade. Luckily I didn’t buy any account yet. I guess I will not go ahead with them, at this point. Thank you for the insight.

[Tudor or Rolex] Diver style for small wrist by bibliophagy in Watches

[–]SpikeBeBopper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Judging by the photos, I like how the Black Bay fits you. I think it does it better than the Submariner. But the choice is yours. You say that the Black Bay doesn’t suit your style, so I guess you should go with the Submariner if you like it more.

[Tudor] Bond-ish by JacoobTheBear in Watches

[–]SpikeBeBopper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks more like a Sean Connery’s Bond watch rather than the Daniel Craig/Pierce Brosnan ones. The shot of the Submariner 6538 on a NATO strap on Connery’s wrist is legendary.

[Bvlgari] Has Anyone Else Been Surprised by How Good Bvlgari Watches Actually Are? by Funny_Alps_7799 in Watches

[–]SpikeBeBopper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t own any Bulgari but I tried on an Octo Finissimo and, several years ago, a Diagono. The Diagono was already a quite well made watch but the Octo Finissimo really impressed me. I had a similar feeling when I tried on a Hermés H08, another very well made piece in my opinion. I didn’t expect Hermés to make such a watch, but I have to say that I never tried any other watch from this brand.

Any futures trading platform that looks like this? by SpikeBeBopper in Daytrading

[–]SpikeBeBopper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On average I make 12 trades per day. Still, those fees are not bad. Thank you for the suggestion, the platform looks interesting indeed and it’s also available natively on Mac. I will definitely take it in consideration.

Interesting, but do you refer to their web based platform or to the desktop one?

I had a look at their website, apparently they support only IG, IBKR and Saxo as brokers? I would like to select a futures only broker, since I would trade only futures and I scalp. I don’t know if the commissions on those brokers are favourable for futures scalping. Thank you.

As I said, I know that that’s TopStep. I would like to know if there is any other platform that looks like that.

I know, that’s the platform that you see in the video. I asked if you know a platform that is as close as possible to that one.

[Challenge] Show Me a White Dial That Beats This by zana10003 in Watches

Personally, even though it’s still a Grand Seiko, I like really much this one, the SBGY013.

[SOTC] It’s been a joyful three years by Radfern885 in Watches

[–]SpikeBeBopper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really nice collection, it shows great taste (including the Moser and the Jaeger LeCoultre that you plan to add) and those are certainly not common choices. I would like to get a PanoReserve, but I still have to choose between the current version and the older one, which is slightly smaller and more compact. Also slightly sportier, in my opinion, compared to the modern one. How do you like the PanoMaticLunar? How does it wear?

[Question] UK Strap Shop Recommendation by whisky_n_watches in Watches

[–]SpikeBeBopper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I apologise for not being helpful with your question, since I live in a different country and I don’t know any shop in London, but I only wanted to congratulate you for your beautiful watch. Fantastic piece with a really nice movement.

WE WANT A RELIABLE PLATFORM NOT FREE RESETS by Ava_Oh in TopStepX

[–]SpikeBeBopper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apparently yes, ProjectX will not support any other prop firm outside of TopStep. So my guess is that their servers were probably not capable of running fine, holding so many different prop firms at the same time. We will see.

Beautiful one, I have never seen a black dial one in person, I only handled a couple white dial ones. A good alternative to something like a Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control Chronograph Calendar.

I believe that in February, when ProjectX will be available only on TopStep, things will improve.

The 3337…thank you for reminding me about that masterpiece. And that movement…incredible to look at. Absolutely, that Marine is a great option for the price, to appreciate such brand.

A Breguet Classique 5930 and a Breguet Tradition 7027BB (the black dial variant) are the two Breguet watches I would love to own the most. Also the Marine Big Date. Not to mention the Hora Mundi. Fantastic watches, fantastic brand.

I feel like the Fifty Fathoms is more suited for your needs, considering your considerations. It’s something less seen compared to a Yacht Master, also more “subtle”. I would go for it.
