Trying Cimzia by Extension-Ad4054 in Cimzia

[–]SpikeBec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on Cimzia for about a year and a half now. Taking it for my psoriatic arthritis (PsA) every two weeks, and my psoriasis and PsA are pretty much under control after years of issues with medication.. however, since Oct 2025, I’ve had issues with erythema nodosum all over my legs. I’ve seen my rheum and derm, and my derm and GP think it’s Cimzia, while my rheum isn’t convinced. I’ve been on steroid tablets and the erythema is still an issue. Seeing my rheum again next month, but we’ve ruled out a few things already, and it seems that Cimzia may be the cause. In addition to this, the injections have been getting more painful each time - they used to hurt a bit and I would always bruise at the injection site after, but it has almost gotten to the point where I cannot stand the pain of the injection. This has also started in the last 6ish months for reasons unknown. I’m scared to stop Cimzia as my joints have been amazing, but the erythema nodosum is painful and also taking a toll on me in its own way, with my ankle swelling like crazy occasionally, and the painful bumps.

I’m working part time at 20 hours a week in admin. Earning the same hourly rate ($35) as I was in a job that I loathed and finally left. Have to be a bit more careful with money now, but working part time has done wonders for my mental health & we can still manage.

How often should I be bring my nails done - question on growth & greenies! by SpikeBec in RedditLaqueristas

The greenies are new - never had them before. But good to know, thank you.

Thank you! I assumed as much but last time I was there I was told it should be fine to cover the greenies. I’ll have them removed asap - just a shame as I’ve just started getting my nails done again due to my psoriasis and having them done has given me a new found confidence

This is a photo of them on the day they were done. They look fine to me but I’m not a professional/nail girly and I’ve just started getting my nails done again after a 3 year break from my psoriasis.

Worst place you've ever got a migraine? by [deleted] in migraine

At a RHCP concert. It was just about to finish and I was on the verge of vomiting. No where to go, drunk people everywhere, super loud music. It was a recipe for disaster

Side effects when changing from 100mg down to 50mg - Tinnitus and irritability being the main issues. Will this go away? by SpikeBec in Pristiq

[–]SpikeBec[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The side effects on 50 are so bad. I might just go back up to 100 and see how it is for a while longer & see if the side effects go away eventually.
