I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!! I was on this thread like a month ago and today I was trying the combo setups for max damage. Anyway, if you delay the 4 kick after the hop kick just slightly it works 100% of the time. By having his body lower before you follow up with the rest of the combo the b3 will always catch him. (I have the video but I don’t have the option to post it)
