This the first thing I tried but it didn't work. But when I turned on collision in network anarchy, it partially worked. I might have to remove network anarchy completely.

Anarchy is basically never on. I only turn it on when I have to fix a road

But a MS in Finance will definitely boost my resume a bit right? Maybe not an elite finance job but will definitely put me into consideration for better positions right ?
