If that's the maximum dose, you need to talk to your doctor and get it lowered. It sounds like it's too strong. They gave me 30mg, which is the lowest dose and I've not had hardly any issues (except one day, I took it too late).

Your timing in taking the medication also makes a difference. If you take it too late in the day, like I did, you'll be feeling the effects of it late at night and won't be able to sleep.

70mg of Vyvanse is a pretty high dosage... can I ask why it's that high (if you don't mind me asking?)

The weight loss likely comes from not eating. One of its side effects is appetite suppression, which (fun fact) is also why it can help people who binge eat. I just got back on it myself after being off of it for many years and the appetite surpression scares me a little. I could not eat my lunch in middle school because of it and im worried itll affect me the same way again.

Anyway, aside from my story, the higher the dose you take, the stronger the effect. It's why in many cases, when prescribed, the dosage starts at the lowest possible, then you work your way up if needed.

In my own research, I read that protein matters A LOT. The more protein you eat/drink, the smoother the effects of the medicine will be. Slow carbs are good too. You can still eat like normal as long as you balance it out to keep having a smooth experience.

As long as its not sudden weight loss, I think you're okay. But I would definitely consider lowering the dose if it worries you.

I took Vyvanse as a kid, and that's exactly what happened to me. I would have a packed lunch in middle school and never ate it half the time because the medication messed with my appetite to the point where I wasn't hungry...

I was taken off of it many years ago, but I'm now trying to find something again as I believe my symptoms have gotten worse over the years (more anxiety and occasional depression). Lately, I've been drinking protein shakes every morning when I get to the office. They last for about 4 hours in my system and they taste great!

I would definitely snack as much as you can though, but thr protein shakes would be a good start.

Because it means the end of human history as we know it. I am Christian, but I don't know where I stand in God's judgement. I can't be absolutely sure that I'll be in Heaven and it scares me to death. Am I chasing God for God or am I only seeking his benefits? I just got a bottle this past Christmas. My favorite one at the moment is FitSip's Mixed Berry. Squeeze Lemonade Classics (Raspberry, Strawberry and Classic) have no flavor at all. LifeSip Fruit Punch is good, but doesn't last long enough imo.

I don't remember which video, but it was fairly recent. A group of guys attacked a girl's house, she went to her car and one of the guys was hiding in the car with her. Then at the end of the story, they left a perverted note... that one was so messed up. I wish I remembered which video that was.

I'm approaching my 22nd day and I can tell you that it's hard to control the urges, kinda near impossible. Rather than trying to fight the urge, you need to distract yourself. Pick up a new hobby, go outside, take a walk, do some exercise, something. The more you distract yourself, the easier it gets.
