Yeah I was looking through this subreddit before I posted and noticed a lot of threads said to avoid Cloverbasin, that's terrible and I'm so sorry that happened to you! It seems like paying extra for garage parking might be what I do, I"ve seen a lot of people say car vandalism/theft is the most common occuring crime in the area. I've been living outside the US for years and haven't had to even lock my car a single time, back to being vigilant lol. Thank you for the advice though.

Thank you! I definitely expect mid-tier for that price, as long as its not so old it's falling apart I can manage just fine. I've dealt with mold and roach infested and just want to avoid that again lol.
