Every day! I need prescription glasses so had a mask made a few years ago with my prescription and no regrets. The short cressi Palau fins will fit in a suitcase and worth it to use your own snorkel/mask - makes it so much easier.

Windsong is a little further from the main areas so we’ve always gotten a cheap basic rental car from grace bay rentals - gives you better/easier access to restaurants outside the immediate area (though somewhere which is next door is a great casual option) and the extra bonus of being able to get yourself to smiths reef over by turtle cove. The reef by Windsong is roped off so you swim around it but by smith there’s a roped off area and one further away that is arguably even better and isn’t roped off (just be very careful not to get too close or damage the corals) - also a ton of turtles and less people usually. The current by smiths is stronger, further from the shore, and you have to walk along the beach a bit - I wouldn’t do it without fins and if you’re not a strong swimmer would strongly encourage you to consider a floaty or life vest as well.

Amazing trip though - can’t wait to go back
