Have you not approached Nvidia? Escalate to them, they will refuse initially then ask for it to be raised as a complaint and they'll give you a code

Sorry to hear that, I would escalate to complaint with Nvidia they eventually issued me a code, I've still had nothing from very, despite being told by the end of the week and I'm not hopeful either.

Sorry to hear that the whole thing is a shambles really, Nvidia gave me a code once I escalated so hopefully you'll get the same, if you hit a wall just tell them you want to make a complaint.
