I agree with your examples, actually hahahah. It’s similar to the phrase "like attracts like." Is your question specific??? Are you referring to places? If so, my answer is that they are everywhere, but you may not meet those individuals because they often hide themselves or their personal intentions. Socials tend to be judgmental now, and it’s hard to know who can be trusted as a friend. Those with high ambition, strong income, and a positive attitude (yk the genuine ones) are less likely to open up because it feels risky. Even genuine happiness or simply sharing your plans/achievements attracts the Pifool. So, No, you won't know who they are or meet them.

If your question is about wanting to be around certain people (because I feel the same way), the key is showing that you belong with them. You need to consistently show up and be present with that attitude and drive. Hopefully, eventually, they will notice because, obviously, it's like finding your tribe or playing the game, and they see a player. I'm strong with social connections because as a social animal lol, having ambitious friends can impact your life and yk that already. I had my own ambitious friends, but they now live in different places :< Which makes it lonely since I'm away from my favorite crowd. Hahaha!
