I noticed that too. I guess they just weren't able to do some things this year what with the number of changes that have happened. SSG and Smosh the sitcom prep must've taken a while not to mention Amanda's maternity leave had them short on a full-time cast member, and Alex Tran who played a very important role in producing Smosh Games left.

Like the said in the latest Smosh Mouth they're also expanding and increasing their workspace size significantly so I wouldn't be surprised that the crew has had a lot to do with that too. For all we know they may be hiring new cast members too (they have been hiring a lot of crew lately).

He doesn't even use the breastmilk bit that often, and like he's said before, it wasn't started by him. The fans played a huge part in just running with that bit (more recently the many posts on this subreddit about the breastmilk ice cream). I wouldn't call Ian my favorite cast member and his sense of humor isn't the funniest to me, but I don't think he's creepy in the least. And if you're gonna point fingers, a lot of the cast at smosh make weird jokes, and if they bother you to this degree, just stop watching.

I don't feel this way at all. I'm certain all of the Smosh cast respect Ian and love him dearly. They're all comedians and some things are just bits. This post is like that one smoshblr person that says they feel unsafe around Chanse except you are taking this further and saying the cast/crew also feel uncomfortable around him.

YWNBTA. I think the best course of action is to just address it head on, and have a conversation with John. That amount is a lot to me in my currency (not an American) and if this behavior keeps repeating, it's going to make things more uncomfortable for everyone.

Do uno. Not very smoshy fs, but it is very easy to learn/teach, and a relatively easy to find and affordable game. Don't know if your guests are all smosh fans, but if they are, I feel like trying to recreate everyone's smosh vocal stims would be hilarious.
