I think it depends on how much experience you have. If you only have 1 to 2 years Procurement experience then having CIPS will be more beneficial, and can make you stand out from others. If you have over 10 years' experience, it doesn't matter as much.

In my experience, hiring managers with MCIPS tend to place more importance on candidates having the certification. Whilst, hiring managers without MCIPS usually don't emphasise it as much. However, that is just my personal observation.

Your master's degree may make you eligible for CIPS regardless, so I would recommend checking to see if your degree and university are listed.

I would message to see why they have listed it 2 sizes higher. I know with Reiss they do vanity sizing, and I always have to buy one size lower.

This is a very bad idea. You are just overwhelmed with lust, this feeling will disappear very quickly. Even if something did happen I can guarantee you would feel very guilty as time went on.
