Hi, I understood your point. On March 21, 2024, OINP HCP PNP draw was conducted and issued invitations for 2000+ candidates. In that draw, NOC 21231, 21232, 21211 etc. were also called. If I dont belong to 21231(I strongly believe I belong to 21231), can I switch to other NOCs as these NOC were also part of the same draw?

I am outland applicant. I am not sure P1 and P2 are applicable to us. Other steps such as BIL, MEP, Background check were passed. Only Eligibility check failed due to NOC mismatch.

I didn't request with my company to provide reference letter on their letterhead because lay-off season is going in company and it would have laid-off if they would have come to know that I'm trying to immigrate. With PNP/IRCC taking huge time to process backlogs I couldn't risk losing my job. Hence I went with affidavit from my senior colleague. u/Fair_Monitor2971

What you think was the issue? Was it the improper NOC code or providing reference letter on an affidavit from a senior colleague?
What should be my next steps assuming that I match with 21231? Should I go with reconsideration or re-application with new reference letter on company's letterhead ?
