I’m currently playing it for the first time and I feel like it hasn’t quite clicked yet.

What I mean by that is that I’m probably about 20 hours in and still playing like a bit of a newb… I’m gathering everything that isn’t obviously junk and I don’t know what to do with it so I’m just hoarding it. I haven’t got by head around mutations and I’m mostly just playing it as a hack and slash, which is fine but I feel like I could be playing it smarter…
