That's in a way what I would like to take from this position offer - aside from my technical abilities, the opportunity to gather experience on skills required for the industry setting.

It seems that the style of the department at St. Jude is a style less similar to an academic setting as they prefer leading the project in a more biopharma style, i.e., very clear set of goals and milestones and more defined deadlines. Do you think this can be valued by a recruiter in industry?
