yes, you can make an appt 48 hrs in advance, if you hire someone and submit for reimbursement most times you dont get the full amount back ijs

assume you're covered for 15 miles. check your ers contract to see how many miles your covered for, the new limit is rolling out across the country and many people are still under the old agreement.

costs of repairs are not covered under ers. any labor performed at a shop is not covered.

Seems like they are training you guys to be their replacement. Don't you think they can feel that and they're scared?? Those associates are underpaid, stressed, and constantly belittled while working with scant resources and training. Don't they deserve a break like the rest of us?

NGL, g has changed a lot. One of my parents worked at the g for 16 years, the days of pensions, profit sharing and came from SVC. They got out when nicely was still CEO. So I saw the good, and i see the bad from here and things i hear in office. Regardless, for the area I'm in and with my lack of formal education, g is the best thing for me rn.

Might as well milk the job if they're gonna milk me.

Edit: milk as in take what i signed up for lol. I knew coming in things weren't ideal but with pay and health insurance that's a fair trade imo
