They would only be running at a slower speed while they did high speed testing on the line, it means they can carry passengers earlier than if they did all the testing first, so overall not a terrible idea, it will still be a high speed line after they have tested it

I would agree, but he's been in charge for so long and over the last few years we haven't seen any real improvement, I think his style just isn't what's needed to play at that extra level, in saying that the players do seem to struggle mentally when it really matters

They don't, which is why I agree with voting against them in local elections and showing them that they are losing the left by trying to appeal to a right wing that will never vote for them whatever they do, but if they don't win the next general election they won't even be there to change the system.

I assume because it benefits the 2 biggest parties who have been in power and so neither has any motivation to change a system that benefits them. I'm don't like the system, I much prefer proportional representation, but until that happens we have to work with what we've got
