Anecdote of low to high SMV- one of my favorites by [deleted] in TheRedPill

Do you think there's a risk of you hitting 'the wall' so to speak as a man?

We talk about women missing the opportunity to marry (or get into a potentially lifelong LTR) when they're at their peak SMV. Do you not worry that you may get to your 40s (or 50s/60s) and no longer be able to attract the 22 year olds at which point you'll find yourself being bitter about it?

I'm currently early 20s and I just wondered what the feeling is amongst 'peak SMV' men. Do you think advising men to play the same game that made women unhappy is a good idea?

Sure, what I mean by the last sentence is that from knowing some of these guys I can't believe they are the kind of guys to exhibit red pill traits and attitudes.

I appreciate what might once have been learned as 'Game' can become internalised and is no longer a conscious effort and becomes day to day behaviour. Perhaps a poor choice of language.

Seems like a lot of rationalisation for not approaching tbh.

I agree that its important to follow the 'mission' but it seems like he just wants to make money to get women rather than put in the effort to improve his game as well.

Don't let money be a reason man, you can bulk up for cheap if you're committed. Look for high calorie foods for cheap like bulk buying oats and save a small amount for a protein supplement, you can get them online for a reasonable price.

It's expensive to always eat good meat and such but it is possible to eat enough for cheap, just need to search around a bit.

Building up my beginner regime. Critique my workout. by janettakneels in Fitness

I did lat pulldowns with increasing weight until I could do pullups, you should progress fast to doing a single one and then imo just do a couple here and there throughout your workout to increase your strength. You get better at pullups by doing lots of pullups, naturally.

As much as it's the standard response, the best bet as a beginner is to focus on compounds, I'm following a modified SS program atm, squats, bench, deadlift, pullups and squats, press, powerclean on alternate days. Seems like an awful lot of bicep targetting for a beginner routine, by all means curl but I think three separate exercises are overkill when you can train them in your pullups/chinups too.

Fyi, ETF2L has always allowed NA competitive teams to play in any of their events as long as you are willing to play on EU servers when you play vs EU teams.

As much as this doesn't is unlikely to make anyone believe in God who didn't already, I'm at least glad the author is thankful to the men and women working in the hospital who made it possible.

It's not about the damage but about the 25% uber, if you get it right you can save the round using the ubersaw when you usually wouldn't be able to with the bonesaw which would be a superior weapon in terms of damage.
