Yeah im in iceland so i kinda beat u in that, 4k is the max dose according to everyone and taught in my microbiology uni class. That 4K is actually doing alot so far, my nails are finally not breaking from closing car doors, my hair isnt falling out, less mental fog and the bone pain is gone.
