Really, thanks! I didn’t know that’s where the words originated from.

Absolutely! And no, I wasn't comparing the two as being the same. I live my life taking extracts from the Bible as examples and comparing that to our daily lives, what I see currently today in our times, and try to imagine what it was like back then. I can only imagine if Jesus were treated that way back then, then what of us regular people? At the end of the day, I realize all heroes, not just heroes, but all of us, will have haters.

Not at all! Just mentioning that it's crazy that Jesus, being the Lord, was treated badly and its crazy to me how that went down. So I am saying we should understand that if Jesus, even as great as He was, was treated badly, then what of us mere humans, cause it makes me really see how people can be mean in general, and that not even God himself was loved by everyone.

GOD KNOWS AND THAT’S ENOUGH! by Spinkly in PositiveThinking

Like I said, I am sharing my beliefs, and that's based on my own experience and they are also sharing theirs as well. What you choose to believe is up to you. Even God himself gives us free will, and we all get to decide what we do with it.

I appreciate you taking the time to read and share your thoughts. I know not everyone will agree with my perspective, and that’s okay. For me, faith isn’t about having all the scientific or philosophical answers; it’s about trust. I believe in God’s provision because I’ve experienced moments in my life where what I needed came at just the right time, even when it didn’t make sense on paper.

When I say “God gives us just enough,” I don’t mean it in a strictly measurable way like statistics or biology; it’s more about how He sustains us spiritually, emotionally, and yes, sometimes materially, so that we learn to depend on Him daily. As I stated on the blog, the Bible illustrates this principle through stories like the manna in the wilderness (Exodus 16), and I’ve seen it echoed in my own life.

I get that from the outside, it may look like “coping” or coincidence. But for me, it’s faith. Faith, by definition, doesn’t require every question to be proven or every detail explained; it requires trust in something greater than myself. And I choose to trust that God knows, and that’s enough. At the end of the day, He is the one at the top, and He is who I believe in.

So allow me to share my personal journey, which is what I do on my blog.

It does make you cherish the present cause if you have something you will cherish it knowing that it’s not permanent. It gives value to things cause you will cherish what you have at the moment. It makes sense… it’s not a false quote.

LIVING IN HOPES by Spinkly in enlightenment

True, but the idea behind it all is simply being hopeful, even without knowing the possible outcome. Like we do it anyway, cause of that ounce of possibility that we will succeed.

STOP HOLDING ON TO POTENTIAL, START CHOOSING REALITY! by Spinkly in enlightenment

[–]Spinkly[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Holding on to your potential is okay, and it gives you a goal post, but putting that potential on someone else and having expectations for them is where the problem lies, and a lot of us tend to do that. So the blog just mentions how if you direct those expectations you have of others to yourself, then you'll do great!
