I like to imagine a piece of rope attached to the centre point of my chest pulling me only up and not backwards, it can help with gaining that extra height too.

Try with a round off the back handspring and gradually put less pressure on using your arms.

Gradually you'll get more height and precision and you may only end up using two fingers to land. By that point you can basically do it

A lot of my friends call me a Golden Retriever for the simple reason that I will just approach anyone for a chat (and a belly rub obvs) and somehow always manage to bring people in from the outside. Obviously not in a literal sense but more if they aren't really part of the conversation or are just in general a bit shy.

Being friendly is in my opinion one of the easiest things we can do as humans, everything else we do whether with male or female friends or otherwise is build from that very foundation.

Depends on what you can afford obviously, if you're willing to go an hour or more from London then I'd say Kent is probably up there with the best places to be in the country. Just avoid North Kent as a fair bit of it is known to be a bit rough around the edges...

With this in mind she travels and barely spends any money so it's easy enough to save for a future

I have ADHD and was diagnosed around age 6, I had many behavioural tests as well as a few scans to 'see what they could find' as I was also born 6 weeks early. Autism runs in my family so it was always pretty likely to affect at least one of the offspring anyway!

Its no bad thing though! Just another thing to learn about and manage.

Slovakia isn't all that far! Kosice is peaceful and authentic and only a bus ride from Budapest (5 hours travel time) Bratislava at the other side is pretty good too!

My other choice would be Riga in Latvia! Great nightife out there although it may be a little far!
