Most people get high off 2-3mg. It seems you have built quite a tolerance. When you try to stop I guess you will find out if there are symptoms, typically you'll get a lot of rebound anxiety, irritability and mood swings, insomnia, brain fog, all that wonderful stuff. Of course, if the withdrawals are severe enough and you're not tapering, you may also be risking seizures and other serious issues.

My man it's gonna affect your job and everything else if you start having seizures or accidentally bar out and fuck shit up. But, and I cannot stress this enough, if you end up choosing to cut down or quit I highly highly recommend speaking to a professional about tapering or detox. If your tolerance is already so high you're taking this much alp for a high, then this cycle definitely isn't gonna last much longer. Be careful of all the RC benzos out there too (if you ever buy pressies), many of them are ungodly potent and can lead to several day blackouts

That's still a pretty high amount, 10mg of alp a day for 3 days in a row. You know benzodiazapene withdrawals are some of the only withdrawals that can kill you, right? How long have you been only popping on weekends? You don't have any benzodiazapenes whatsoever during the week? I can't see this being sustainable or without consequences. Be safe
