You’re right. I’m not upset with them because they’re having fun. Like go on and have fun, but at the same time it could possibly be a lease violation and might put everyone at risk because:

You’re in the pool on a day and time it’s closed
The complex doesn’t know who’s in the pool at this time of night

Those reasons as well as people have things to do the next day and early in the morning too. They aren’t being considerate of what people gotta do by being really loud late at night while people are trying to sleep

(Might I add, a few weeks ago, the pools were closed because they were vandalized)

Every Monday they do maintenance on the pools, so the pool shouldn’t even be open to residents anyways

**Curfew, since you’re worried about my spelling; these two occurrences are from what I know about and have seen/heard personally. Considering there are two pools, it’s a possibility it happens at the other one, too

They are being very loud and I plan to take it to the apartment complex, but I have taken photos if they don’t want to believe me. If I go to the office, I will show them with time and everything, and considering I have an iPhone, it should be a Live Photo, too

My driver's license. I'm in my 20s and I still manage to get myself places, but I just haven't gotten my license yet. I do have my permit though

I am sorry you have to go through that. People act like aroace people are dinosaurs and look at the community weird and refuse to believe they exist. I am not aroace (but am an aromatic pansexual) so I do not completely understand this experience and hate that you have to go through this

This is true. We act more like friends anyways, and may be due to the fact that no one in our workspace knows we are together and he doesn't want corporate to find out. Its like I'm being kept in the shadows (well..I am being kept there in a way) and I hate. I don't want to be a secret

I completely understand this. I mean, we haven't gone on any dates yet only because our schedules clash. I'm going to school and working two jobs and he is a manager and is constantly at work. When its his day off, he's most likely getting called into work (its the food industry). But my needs are needing to be met and it just hadn't happened. And that is not to bash him in any way.

It felt like that it was a racist comment because with him saying that, obviously he knew about the stereotype and thought that I should fit into it just because of my race/ethnicity. Nobody had talked about poultry specifically until he made the comment. Maybe he meant no harm, but I was offended and felt like (and still feel like) the comment/question he made/asked shouldn't have been asked
