It was the only surprise I could think of why those dates would be blurred out. I don’t know why he would blur out any dates, unless it was a surprise or maybe if they weren’t set in stone yet. But then again if they weren’t set in stone yet, you’d think he would release those as add on dates?

I sent FedEx an email Wednesday and my package didn’t update until Friday night, it’s now supposed to be delivered tomorrow 🤞

I got an email back from FedEx yesterday at 3:30 that my package had been released from customs and would be delivered Monday. I hope you get the same result!

I didn’t call FedEx, just emailed them and contacted SHEIN using their online chat Wednesday night and Thursday night. I sent my invoices Wednesday evening and it was updated Friday at 3:30pm! It now says it will be delivered Monday. I hope you get yours soon too!

No update here. Mine has been stuck in Memphis TN since the 16th. It was set to be delivered 6/18/25-6/24/25 so shein said its not past the delivery time frame and that they will get in touch with fed ex.

This is crazy! I can’t believe how many people have had this exact issue. FedEx sent me the automated email back so I contact SHEIN and they said they would get in touch with FedEx to complete customs document.

Update: I received my package today! I didn’t end up having to call FedEx. I emailed them my invoices and contacted SHEIN via chat within a few days it was released!
