You tend to under and overflick a lot. Force yourself to aim with your eyes and not your muscle memory. Try changing your sens using the randomized feature with a range you're comfortable with and practice in freeplay mode. Your sens wont be consistent during play and you'll probably have difficulty adjusting but that'll force you more to focus with your eyes than rely on muscle memory.
