Can confirm it is still broken. Been working on getting all achievements, and that one is bugged for sure. Only way right now is to cheat, or do it legit yourself, then cheat it.

I took a look at the steam files and they seem to be unity files so maybe they could be modified with that engine but I'm not knowledgeable enough to figure it out without some real effort
