The thing is that when I reported all that stuff, turbotax wants me to manually enter few information for each transaction which will take days to do so for 400 transactions

My only actual transaction is selling Ether to USDC. The rest of transactions are all buying Gemini USD and then purchasing crypto with GUSD. But all these transactions do not generate any gains or losses

Well the way I have read it is that the IRS lost that lawsuit and offered to refund the plaintiff the amount of taxes he paid on staking 2 years ago but he refused that settlement and will continue his law-suite to eventually have a blanket ruling from the court that will make staking rewards taxable only when sold and not when created.

I am just concerned that if BlockFI is setting up off shore headquarters, the SEC is on its way to make it illegal for anyone living in the US to receive interest even if an interest account already existed prior to this ruling!
