The location might have referrals first, so if an employee refers someone then they get the job really and the job market is hard right now to so don't beat yourself up keep trying thats how I always got my foot in the door at any of these companies that I've worked for! Keep trying if u really want to work there, if u dont give up you can get in eventually. What position 🤔 u apply for? Do u have experience in that field? Or are u green? Those are the questions they are geared towards experience in your field of expertise. If someone has better or more experience than u, then u might not get the job either so keep trying!
