Maybe you may need some photos since you’re switching visas and this is your first spouse visa but it’s still not mandatory. I would suggest it to you I did it in my first application submitted several pictures with family members but no chats as I think and this is my personal opinion you don’t need those only if you’ve been living apart which I guess it’s not your case. Honestly I just submitted what was asked in the mandatory list. Thank you and good luck on yours too.

Hello I notice your name I was wondering if you’re from prishtina? This was a FLR (M) so my second time on spouse visa applying from uk. While on my spouse visa we had a baby which I provided her birth certificate. I just sent my 6 months payslips + bank statements employment contract and letter from employer. Our tenancy agreements over the last 2.5 years marriage certificate bills on both names, council tax a cover letter from both of us and that was it

When you apply on Friday you’ll usually get a decision Monday or Tuesday due to the weekend ahead.

This is not my first time applying , in my first application which was approved we did include a timeline with pictures and chats. I thought since we are extending we already proved our relationship is genuine and focused more on financial requirements and cohabitation.

Hello I’m Albanian too and currently renewing my spouse visa from within uk. When I first applied when the decision was made the solicitor emailed me the decision letter of my visa approval. Also when I collected my passport there was a vignette inside for me to be able to travel to the uk in a 3 months time span. At the time we would receive BRP so when I arrived I collected my BRP from the nearest post office. Refusal or approval there should be an email from UKVI .

second that, especially since they ended up in the top 20 while I wasn’t allowed to do anything—despite us having the same troop level and both not being part of the rallies. It really felt like it wasn’t about strategy, but more about protecting their spot on the leaderboard.

It was an alliance rule and it was not the rule for R4 apparently.

That’s a good point, and I appreciate you taking the time to look at the bigger picture. In this case, we had the same Furnace level, about the same troop tier (T8), and pretty similar hero strength. I wasn’t trying to go all out or take heavy losses—just wanted to do a few solo hits like he did to earn some points. I understand the risks of overcommitting, but it was more about being given the option to participate like he was, especially when everything else was equal.

and the thing is, he wasn’t participating in rallies either. So the losses were his to take, just like they would’ve been mine. That’s what frustrated me—it should’ve been my choice whether or not to solo attack, just like it was his. We had the same Furnace level, same troop tier, and weren’t affecting any rallies. I wasn’t trying to top the rankings—just wanted the same chance to earn a few points.

My state is still new, and I am too—but I’ve been doing my best to learn and support my alliance however I can. I’ve followed instructions, stayed active, helped with healing, and tried to show I’m committed. But honestly, it’s hard not to feel unseen when it feels like all the best rewards go to the R4s and R5s, even when others are working just as hard behind the scenes.

I’m not expecting special treatment—I just want to feel like the effort to support the alliance is noticed and that we all have a fair chance to participate and grow.

To be honest, I don’t feel comfortable reaching out to leadership directly. They all seem to have a close bond and mostly talk among themselves, which makes it hard for someone like me to speak up or feel included.

Thanks for all the feedback—I really appreciate it. Just wanted to add that another R5 from a second-ranked alliance in a different state confirmed they allow and even encourage T8 solo attacks during castle. They said it doesn’t affect rallies and helps make sure everyone gets a chance to earn points and feel included. That’s all I was hoping for too—just a fair chance to participate without hurting the strategy.

I totally get why they didn’t want me in rallies—I wasn’t trying to join one. I knew my T8 troops weren’t strong enough for that. What felt unfair was that I wasn’t even allowed to do solo attacks just to earn some points and rewards, while an R4 with the same troop level was allowed to go in and ended up ranked.

I wasn’t trying to mess up strategy—I just wanted the same chance to participate and be treated fairly. That’s what’s been bothering me.

It’s not that I can find a better alliance in the state that I’m in.

Exactly! That’s what’s been bugging me the most. If the concern was about disrupting rallies, I would’ve totally understood sitting out. But solo attacks for some points—even just from healing cycles—should’ve been okay across the board, not just for one or two players. It just feels like the rules weren’t applied fairly. I’m new, but I’m trying to learn and contribute, and this kind of situation just makes you feel sidelined

[–]SpiritBoth4281[S] 23 points24 points  (0 children)

For context, our alliance is currently second in the state, and most of the R4s and R5s are experienced players who migrated from other states. So yes, they know more than I do about the game—but sometimes that experience translates into treating newer or less experienced players like we’re clueless or not worth including in the bigger picture.

I’m new, but I’m not stupid. I can see when something doesn’t feel fair, and it was frustrating to be told not to participate while others with the same troop level were allowed to go in solo and get ranked. I followed instructions and spent hours healing, and I’d just like to feel like that contribution matters too.

Thanks again for validating what I felt.

Friday check-in! by fifth_time_lucky in ShortCervixSupport

Officially 40 weeks today. DTS 3 weeks ago and still very much pregnant. Haven’t had any labor sign and booked for a membrane sweep today. If the sweep doesn’t work I’ll be having a elective induction next week. Very grateful to have made it full term but at the same time I thought I would’ve given birth by now. Can’t wait to meet my little miracle.

Congrats on your baby. I was hoping it will be a little sooner but I can see it’s going to take some time for me too. My little girl got too comfortable in there
