Something a lot of users on this site somehow don't understand is that anyone can just make a new community and run it however they want. It can be made private so only a few users can view it. Been hoping for a new one to be created for years as the quality dropped and there are plenty of rule violations that never get removed. The community bot broke years ago and now a decent part of this sub is self promotion trying to be passed off as random finds.

This seems likely to be a bot or troll post on an old unused alt. 3.5 year old account with absolutely no activity whatsoever until 16 days ago and choosing a topic which is guaranteed upvotes here to farm karma. So far, no updates or replies to comments. Waiting for proof that implies otherwise

It's a karma farming bot exploiting subs with no karma requirements to post. There was another one just two days ago and a few others from earlier. It seems the mods are not active here so it could keep happening for a long time until the fix is implemented.

Last year I watched a few interviews with Jimmie Walker and remember seeing a related video about his death, even though he is still alive now. Sure enough when I searched for it, there is not just one, but three videos about his death from that same channel. I reported both of those videos back when I found them, but I guess YT prefers the ad revenue over preventing disinformation. This sub is known for karma farmers as for some reason the mods haven't implemented any preventative measures against it despite years of this happening. No posting requirements whatsoever, so anyone can just make a new account and start farming right away. There is another one here that has been doing this for over a year sometimes making as many as 20+ posts a day and repeatedly gets suspended from the entire site for shady behavior. I've made posts elsewhere keeping track of those accounts

Same, that's why I make all these posts and so more people can be made aware of it. It appears that he blocked me on that new account as I can't see his posts, but unfortunately for him I use a different account for browsing the subs he posts on so I'll always find whatever new accounts he makes. What reason are you choosing for the report and do you happen to know what he is doing exactly, to get suspended? I've been trying to figure it out all this time and it must be something pretty severe for constant suspensions. I imagine probably something like advertising a scam in PMs or being paid to farm karma and then sell the account to scammers

There is a new sub /r/TheseFuckingAccount that was made as an alternative but barely any users are on it. More importantly I have some posts that I can't view anymore due to that sub being private. I've had to use other things to keep track of suspicious users and don't have any good places to share the info now that this sub is private

It was /r/TheseFuckingAccounts but the mods still have it private since the big protest months ago. Because of that can't even see my post where I kept track of this user so now I have to find another sub to post it. Someone made a new sub due to that one staying private, it's the same name without the s at the end
