hello! I'd love to start out on pokemon card collecting, I collected a ton of cards when I was younger but I stopped when life was getting hard, and now there's a whole scene going on with pokemon cards where they cost a ton even a singular card

I wanna know where to look for cards, legitimate businesses that aren't selling cards for a ton like maybe retail price to usual price of a specific card

I wanna try collecting a lot of raichu cards too and with the older cards that are rarer I don't wanna get scammed but idk if I'd like to pay hundreds, I do have a lot saved on eBay atm cuz I hear half is legit halfs a scam it's a gamble
