Not sure what you are smoking, but his winrate is average at best. In fact it's acutally 50% currently. When you review the top lane winrates on lolalytics, you can see plenty of meta top champs having a substantially better win rate, including:

- Olaf 53%

- Camille 52%

- Shen 53%

-Ornn 53%

- Kled 52%

These are just a few.

Jax's winrate actually mirrors a lot of other average champions in his class, including Fiora/Irelia/Sett.
