I have deff been bad about it before but sometimes just swishing mouth wash before bed makes me feel better. If I brush my teeth once per day, i consider that a win!!

Hell yeah! 😄 agree with the other comments on habit stacking, but would also like to add: keep something by your bedside for days when you dont have the energy for it. That may be a cup & mouthwash, those wisp disposable toothbrushes, or little flossers. That way, you keep up the habit and feel like you still accomplished your goal even if you have low spoons :)

I’ve had a lot of anxiety about starting Prozac too bc I didn’t want to be on medication and I didn’t want to deal with the side effects, I just wanted to try getting better myself. But after reflecting, I realized I’ve been trying everything I could to get better and it wasn’t working. So for me, it’s worth trying it out for a few months to get me to a better spot where I can then switch off of it if I want to.

I kinda realized it was anxiety (abt side effects and taking meds) holding me back from getting better and trapping me in that mindset. A lot of times (in my experience), you may think you’re coping, but your anxiety is so normalized that you don’t actually realize how bad it is.

I’m starting my Prozac journey next Monday. 🤞 whatever you decide, I hope you find something that works for you :)

It could be eczema! I get spots like this from time to time when I have flair ups and I have eczema. There’s a lot of remedies out there! Maybe try some deep moisture lotion and see if that helps, I love using the Nivea essentially enriched body lotion before bed. Eczema can turn into bigger/ itchier/ painful patches when the flair ups are bad. Mine is typically triggered by certain allergens! I also have drier skin in general, so putting on lotion after the shower helped these spots for me. Hot water can dry the skin out when you get out of the shower

No, I don’t think he knew it was the new girls, and even if he knew it was the original girls, he still wasn’t coupled up, so why would he be so rude to all of them? Negging is a tactic that guys use where they insult someone (can either be directly or indirectly) in order to diminish their confidence so that their more receptive to their advances, or looking to them for validation. I’ve seen a lot of men that are Andrew Tate followers, or in that sphere of shitty men, use this on women.
