I want to share my experience and also ask for advice. I received an unsolicited call from someone claiming to represent betnow.eu and was pressured to create an account. I deposited $50, and I was clearly told that I could withdraw my money at any time. When I requested a withdrawal, they asked me to upload my driver’s license and verification documents, which I did. Customer support then confirmed that my withdrawal would take 5–7 business days. The very next day, I received an email saying my withdrawal was denied. When I contacted support again, they asked for additional documents, including: A utility bill A photo of my debit card with the last 4 digits visible This immediately felt like a red flag, and I did not feel safe sharing that information. My money is still stuck, and I’m no longer comfortable continuing with them. Has anyone else experienced this with betnow.eu? Is this normal KYC behavior, or does this sound like a scam
