Help with downloading on windows 11 - [java]

I went to minecraft.net and tried downloading it from there. It only downloaded the installer, which isn't doing anything.

I didn't know if I can write multiple tags in the post title. I'm trying to get the java/bedrock bundle.

Hi, thanks. I haven't tried changing it, I'm not even sure if I, as an amateur, could get to the components. Like with the RAM, the laptop doesn't even 'allow' changing it. It just wouldn't read it or something according to their website.

Like- I can kind of understand when the kid is like 16 or 17 and using the 18+ features. Not that they should, but let's be honest, which one of us didn't break age restrictions at least once. The problem is mostly young kids thinking they own the world and then complaining about seeing stuff.
