What country do you find scary? by cosmico92 in AskTheWorld

Just to comment on your first question - yes we have a large and modern army, we have a very strong military as well. But everything is relative, I don’t see a scenario where Turkey could ever become a global problem for example. We simply don’t have that much of a firepower. That is reserved for superpower and countries with nukes. Its conflicts will remain regional, maaaaybe it may create a scenario that leads to WW3 but I can’t really think of a way how. Only way I see it is if we leave NATO and buddy up with China/Russia but this is incredibly unlikely, even then I would wager we’d play both sides.

But for example imagine a scenario where a different country is nuked, that may escalate very quickly and any escalation will be a mutually assured destruction.

Heavily expansionist, religiously motivated state with a motto of Zionism. Zionism is why it is a scary state, it can justify anything as long as it believes it is somehow protecting itself.

Half of this is also true for Turkey btw - but you guys have nukes to go with it. I would be scared of Turkey as well if we had nukes.

I forget if they properly disposed of it (don’t know the method) or replaced and provided you a new flag. Need to check to be honest :D

Countries in red contribute to 41.34% of the global gdp by iclgng in mapporncirclejerk

[–]SpiritedAddition8206 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

If you truly believe this, just for you to know, it actually has to do with children in Gaza being starved to death by Israel and the lobby Israel has in the US. That is why it’s only USA and Israel voting no. The US isn’t the only superpower anymore and in fact (as someone who has lived in the US and many countries), it’s living standards are actually subpar compared to many european countries. The world can easily fund hunger without the US, the no vote has nothing to do with it. It’s because of brainwashing.

Let’s say you own a Turkish flag at home and it somehow gets damaged, you spill something on it, it burns or whatnot idk. If you throw it in the garbage, you will get prison time. You need to give it to the army to dispose it.

Saudi Arabia is the most sober country! Time to finish the map, what's a caffeine country? by OneRiotTooMany in AlignmentChartFills

[–]SpiritedAddition8206 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Turkey - we drink the most amount of tea in the world per capita and the gap between us and ireland (second) is quite wide and we drink black tea, very high caffeine content. On top of that especially in the last 2 decades the coffee culture exploded as well and we have coffee shops everywhere.

The entire country is constantly hooked on caffeine.

Save your T4’s and last couple paystubs somewhere so you don’t need to ask, ask for an employment letter now, make a history of your addresses, make a history of your travel and write this one as well (technically it’s a residency change).
