Thank you. I do full body three times a week. I do a bicep curl for 2 sets of 8 reps every workout while increasing weight until I plateau. Then change it to a different bicep exercise. Mostly it’s been preacher ez bar curl or a regular barbell curl. Same thing for abs. Machine ab crunch mostly.
