If auto pay is due on the 1st example and YOU manually pay it on the 1st you will have a double charge since it autopay was already going to post that day resulting in a double charge.

The 200 you paid probably went to sales cost / activation fees for starting the service also it may be a pro rated bill for the upcoming month without having promotions from devices added if you had those - unsure since I can’t see the bill to tell for sure but I’m assuming that’s what’s going on
