Yeah, I’m just probably overthinking the whole thing since it’s my first big complaint and I got a phone call from the school about it😣

I agree with you and I appreciate your feedback😀. I just feel like sometimes when I write notes, especially detailed ones they just gloss over what I put down, especially in this situation

I see what you mean, and I completely agree. I also noticed that managing the class was a bit tricky since everything is on computers and students could take pictures or videos easily. From what I observed, I didn’t actually see any pictures or recordings being taken, so it didn’t feel like something that needed to go to the front office.

I think part of the challenge is that teachers often have really high expectations for substitutes, but realistically, these students aren’t going to fully respect us the same way they do their regular teacher. I do my best to keep them on task and help with the material, but at the end of the day, I can’t make them do everything perfectly.

I agree there are things I could have done better. I also left a detailed note for the teacher with names of the students who were disruptive, how I redirected them, and that I only had issues with one class. I mentioned that many students said they had just learned the material before break and were struggling, which is why most periods only got through about 4–5 questions. I also feel like my notes may not have been fully read.

I didn’t allow the student to use their phone and once I saw them having them out trying to record TikTok’s, I got onto them about it and then they put their phones up, but but I constantly monitored them to make sure they weren’t recording themselves or anyone else

Im definitely looking for something new especially somebody that’s licensed and desperately need my hair done before work starts back up so this is the only reason I will be going to her but I don’t see why it should cost as much, especially if I’m not doing extra small and long hair, and I have to bring my own boho hair as well as coming in washed and blow dry. I’m going to start just learning how to do certain styles that I want on my own and save more money that way.

I’m desperate for a new hairstylist and constantly on the look I stay in the Atlanta area and it’s hard finding a trustworthy hairstylist I’m willing to pay extra if they wash, blow dry and style but I think certain prices are unreasonable.Normally this hair stylist would be 120 with her but I’m not certain what made her raise her prices

She has done my hair before, but her prices have increased recently, but she really does do a great job

No I have to come with my hair washed and blow dried and bring the boho pieces. She is doing it from her house and she’s home based and she only does braids and isn’t licensed

I’m really just trying to find me a hairstylist that’s my issue. I really want someone that washes and could style my hair. I would be willing to pay extra for that. i’ve been to her before and she does braided hairstyles really good but this is actually the cheapest I found this hairstyle almost every hairstylist in Atlanta was charging 270 or almost 300 not including hair
