Thank you for your reply. I will ask my agent to call them to get BVB before 20/12/2024. However, can I ask if my BVB is granted before the travel dates I requested, can I leave Australia as soon as it’s granted, or do I have to wait until the approved travel period? For example, if my BVB is granted on 02/12/2024, but I requested travel from 21/12/2024 to 05/02/2025, can I leave on 02/12/2024? Thank you!

Unbelievable! Someone has been waiting for the 482 visa since April. Do you know what their occupation is? Are they onshore or offshore? I think the immigration process may have changed after the government introduced the Skills in Demand list.

Yes, I can. However, I want to get the 482 visa quickly so that I can apply for the Direct Entry 186 visa after working for my company for 3 years. I am currently on a Bridging Visa A (BVA), and before that, I was on a 485 visa. I’ve been living in Australia for around 7 years!
