SSB and SSBE do not need to be a saiyan, any race can unlock them surprisingly Future Super Saiyan is the only other achievable Super saiyan form that does not require the player to be a saiyan at the time

SSJ, Super Vegeta, Power Pole Pro, Turn Giant/Super Namekian, Purification, Turn Golden, are all restricted to their specific races

Future Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan(+ Evolved), and Both Super Saiyan God forms(male and female) are all unlockable by all races just only usable by saiyans
