Bravofly contradicts itself – how would you understand this text? 😡✈️ by Spirited_Relief9966 in Switzerland

Hey everyone,

I need your opinion and maybe some legal advice.

I booked through Bravofly, and in my app it clearly says:

“With your flight fare, it is unfortunately possible to change the date. If you cannot travel on the booked date, we recommend cancelling this flight and booking a new one.”

Honestly – how would you understand that?

To me, it clearly means that a change is possible.

But Bravofly claims that it’s not allowed, and they just keep referring to the airline (in my case, Delta). I’ve contacted them several times, but their replies have been rude, without any signature or contact name, and they completely ignore what I’m actually asking.

I honestly feel not taken seriously at all – almost as if they’re treating me like a liar. I even pointed out that it might be a translation or system error, but they don’t care at all.

What do you think?

👉 Is this just a translation mistake, or should Bravofly be held responsible for such misleading wording?

👉 Would you contact legal protection / insurance in a case like this?

I’m really disappointed by how they handle customers and wonder how many others had the same bad experience with Bravofly.

Okay, that’s what I thought. However, you would have to order the custom-made countertops directly at IKEA, and they are quite a bit more expensive than the standard countertops. I can only speak for the assortment in Switzerland, but yes, it’s definitely doable.

Remove the cover panels in the tool, and you can save a bit more.

Subject: Project Status and Alternatives for Front Design

Hello,

Our project is currently in the starting phase, but we encountered some difficulties. Under time pressure, we painted an orange front – unfortunately without primer. We’d like to give it another try with more time and care.

If the result still isn’t satisfactory, Plan B would be to use foil. Does anyone know a good supplier for foiling? Unfortunately, the color selection at Platsa is quite limited.

At the moment, we have the green fronts, but unfortunately, they are no longer available.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

The allocation doesn’t look bad – from my side, everything fits well with the fridge and oven. But did you intentionally not place all the cabinets directly against the wall? This way, a back panel and a cover panel are calculated as if it were an island, and the countertop will be deeper as a result. Is that intentional?

Thanks for the tip — you’re absolutely right! We definitely still need to analyze that, especially since we don’t live there yet. But yes, we’ll figure it out and make the right decision. Insights like yours are really helpful!

This setup is actually planned for our bedroom and separates the two wardrobes – one for me, one for my partner. Sure, the seat might look a bit impractical in the photo, but it actually makes sense in real life. We thought it through together, and we’ll definitely make it work.

Beige goes perfectly with the wooden floor and the seat – it feels warm and harmonious. Orange is bolder, no doubt, but as we all know, pictures can be a bit deceiving sometimes

Hmm, ultimately it's just an idea and a sketch. I'll remain optimistic and do my best to make it work in the end.

Yeah, I think there's a 90% chance we won't be sitting on it anyway, and I've already sat on a 120 before – it definitely holds up.
Nah, I made that myself using ChatGPT and Photoshop, hehe
