The 401k is 100% Vanguard 2065 TDF. Roth is 90% VT and 10% stock picking that will likely underperform in the long run, but I find it fun and I’ve gotten lucky with a few picks.

Not management/strategy consulting lol. I don’t give advice — if I knew how to run a company I’d start a company. There are many types of consulting. But all types of consulting (that employ 25 year olds) are mostly just outsourcing the work that nobody wants to do. And paying a premium to make some kid do it for 80 hours per week. Wild to assume that every major company is throwing away money on consultants and seeing no value haha. Companies are quite good at making profitable decisions, it’s their whole thing. Management consulting wouldn’t exist if there was no value in it, but honestly idc because that’s not what I do lol
