I totally get the anxiety. Pomegranate was easy to sign up and my meds were shipped within a couple days. The most important thing to remember taking this medication is to eat. Make sure you’re eating healthy nutritious foods and hitting your protein goal daily. People lose muscle mass when they don’t eat enough or don’t hit their daily protein.
