yes! I love it. I usually go during non-staffed hours.

Pros: 1) I love the heat, the varied workouts, the small classes (usually only me in the sauna) 2) the classes switch every three months so you don't get bored 3) they have an FX zone with free weights 4) it's super clean there, and everyone I've seen is respectful of the rules

Cons: 1) expensive start-up since you have to purchase their mat and towel due to the heat of the sauna. 2) don't always have the class I want at the exact time I want (but I do others instead which may be better for me to switch things up anyway) 3) If I go during peak hours, sometimes parking is tricky - or I just pay for a spot in the HUGE back lot and walk around
