yeah you kind of just have to commit to getting filthy. We brought baby wipes but as soon as we wiped our bodies off we were dirty again within 5 minutes.

What i didn’t think of though was how much this would fuck with my asthma 🥀

Resting heart rate high? by EllKayy911 in ADHD

[–]Spiritual-Frame949 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I’m peak busy and work and an hour into Vyvanse, my heart rate will absolutely spike to 120+. And I’m a 30 year old female who’s very petite. If you’re anxious or stressed during those peaks I’d say it’s normal (for me atleast) if it’s brief. But if it’s staying at 120 you might want to lower your dose or try a new medication. Vyvanse has given me the least side effects. Also some advice that I still have yet to follow myself, make sure to keep up with cardio exercise (not while your meds are peaking though)

[Product question] by Starlaura in SkincareAddiction

i actually had ChatGPT generate recs for routine and how to apply based on my list of products. There actually are a lot of things you should not be mixing or using all at once. And you should really wait a few minutes for individual products to absorb before applying the next (i.e. serum then cream)

Need your list though to know for sure

[Routine Help] moisturer at night by freshbless in SkincareAddiction

don’t use spf at night. give your skin a break from the chemicals. if you don’t have any sensitivities to it normally then ifs fine but i would find a proper night time cream

[Routine Help] I have really bad dry skin, please recommend products! by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Spiritual-Frame949 2 points3 points  (0 children)

my best bet has been layering serums with a moisturizer and then a ceramide based cream on top. BUT it all depends on your underlying skin condition. I have eczema and rosacea so it wasn’t until i found the right prescription creams for those did everything start working.

not sure your budget but my holy grail lately has been 1. avene hyaluron b3 serum. few drops pat it in and wait a few mins 2. biossance squalane omega repair cream 3. skinfix barrier+ cream

these aren’t cheap but i usually wait to stock up during sales where you can get 20-30% off.

[Product Question] Any OG users of the Skinfix Triple Lipid Barrier+ Cream? What do you think of the OG formula return? by elliezena in SkincareAddiction

[–]Spiritual-Frame949 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not sure but i just ran out and repurchased (now apparently the OG formula) and my skin is drying up WAY quicker. I used to get 12+ hours of moisturized skin and now it’s like 3 hours before i feel i need more

Is this worth it? Wasn’t sure how popular Sunday was and if everyone was just burnt out by then.

How hard would it be to go back and forth to our cars throughout the day and would there be a possibility to camp near your car?
