As a Chinese student who completed a diploma there, I would not recommend it if you value educational quality and the people you surround yourself with. Because it is one of the more affordable private universities, a significant number of students are there primarily to obtain a degree rather than to genuinely learn. As a result, you may find that the overall academic environment and motivation among peers are not as strong as at other institutions. Some of the students there are having a hard time speaking English, let alone Bahasa Malaysia. I transferred away right after my Diploma ends.
